Hi,
I am trying to capture current work offset for one of our custom Adapters.
I need help to understand location of work offsets according to MTconnect standard. My understanding is that this data should show up in assets.
Any clue in this will be highly appreciated.

Thanks and Regards,
Vaibhav

Work and tool offsets are not in the standard yet. We are adding it now to v1.4 of the standard expected to be released the end of 2015. Currently, the idea is to generalize them as "Transforms" so it can apply to robotics and any other type of device. You are correct about being part of the assets model. We feel it will be best suited for this type of process data. We intend to put macro variables and such there as well.

Great question.
